No of positions open 1 1)Shift timings: 3:30pm to 12:30am IST (Pan India) Location: Remote/(Work from home) Job Type: Fulltime (Syntax systems) Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage multiple streams/teams to achieve customer requirements Lead public and private cloud hosting services installation, migration, and upgrade projects for external customers (working with internal and external teams to ensure contract is fulfilled on time and per customer requirements) The majority of projects will involve technical conversions from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 hosted at SAP Cloud ERP Private (formerly RISE) Some projects will involve converting clients SAP landscape to S/4 on cloud hosting services at SYNTAX Public cloud will include, but is not limited to, Azure and Amazon Web Services Responsible for all phases of the project (pre-sales planning, kickoff to go-live) Responsible for interpretation of customer contracts into deliverables for internal teams Lead project role for internal teams and customer throughout lifecycle of project Work with customers and SYNTAX stakeholders to create and manage Detailed Project plans Publish status reports Track risks, issues, actions, decisions and manage escalations as needed Host regular project meetings and distribute meeting minutes Continuous updates to project resource forecast and compare to budgeted hours Must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects of various project phases Escalation management Requirments:- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading transition projects of various size/scope Experience leading projects with a matrixed team of resources Private & Public Cloud Hosting knowledge and experience required Experience in leading SAP upgrades and Migrations Experience with SAP Cloud ERP Private (formerly RISE) preferred AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate or higher preferred Azure AZ900 Certification or higher preferred SAP product knowledge required; technical Basis experience preferred PMP certification preferred, PM training required Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including via teleconference and web conference Must interact well with all levels of personnel, internally and externally Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & Intermediate Microsoft Project experience required Fluent English language skills required Some travel may be required to onsite customer location
