We are seeking a motivated Human Resource Intern to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to gain valuable experience in the HR field. The intern will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of offer letters and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation and reporting.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and support initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Help in organizing training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employment laws in India.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with different departments.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
