Job Title CA Article Assistant Finance Compliance Location Marol Andheri Department Finance Accounts Reports To Finance Manager Senior Chartered Accountant About Sperton Christos Group Sperton Christos Group is a Human Resources advisory organization with over 30 years of corporate experience We provide end-to-end HR advisory services talent acquisition payroll management and set up HR functions for start-ups as well as established organizations Our expertise lies in Human Resource Management and Recruitment Processes enabling clients to focus on business management and growth while we ensure seamless HR support We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for the position of CA Article Assistant Finance Compliance Position Summary The CA Article Assistant will gain comprehensive exposure to core finance and accounting practices supporting statutory audits internal audits taxation financial reporting and compliance This role offers hands-on experience under qualified Chartered Accountants enabling practical learning aligned with ICAI articleship requirements Key Responsibilities Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements Support statutory and internal audit processes with documentation and analysis Prepare and file tax returns Income Tax GST TDS and assist in tax audits Maintain accounting records journal entries reconciliations and vouchers Assist in management reporting budgeting and variance analysis Ensure compliance with ICAI guidelines Companies Act and other statutory requirements Conduct research on accounting and taxation matters as assigned Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors Qualifications Skills Pursuing Chartered Accountancy IPCC Intermediate passed Currently registered for Articleship as per ICAI norms Strong academic foundation in accounting taxation and auditing Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Knowledge of accounting software Tally SAP ERP preferred Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills High integrity and willingness to learn Working Conditions Stipend As per ICAI Company policy Working Hours As per ICAI regulations client requirements Benefits Learning exposure professional mentorship and growth opportunities
