**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as an Audit Assistant. As an Audit Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our audit team, gaining valuable experience in financial auditing and compliance. This position offers the chance to grow professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting financial audits according to established procedures and standards.
- Review financial statements, accounts, and other financial documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Perform analytical procedures to identify potential risks and discrepancies.
- Prepare audit working papers and documentation to support audit findings and conclusions.
- Communicate audit findings to senior team members and assist in preparing audit reports.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for audits.
- Stay updated on changes in auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
- Strong understanding of auditing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
