Specialty Pharmacy data and a working knowledge of reimbursement and affordability programs Roles Responsibilities Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring complex analytical solutions to completion on time and within budget ensuring high quality of work that adheres to analytical best practices Provide strong recommendations through analyses of current states and a deep understanding of the environment Enable execution and delivery of actionable insights and analytics of patient hub and specialty pharmacy data Develop and maintain performance dashboards for monitoring key aspects of Hub and Field Reimbursement operations Partner with field reimbursement teams to identify business objectives strategies and key initiatives Manage ad-hoc requests to ensure all questions and investigations are researched and responded appropriately to the relevant stakeholders Design the roadmap for how and when to report insights including the specific data sources tools Perform QA QC for reporting and analytics deliverables provides commentary on trends and key metrics and is responsible for dissemination to appropriate business stakeholders Proactively seeks opportunities to build strong capabilities and continuously improve or implement new technologies Skills and competencies Strong understanding of hub reimbursement and specialty pharmacy data Understanding of data use cases in access and reimbursement programs including patient journey analysis program performance management and field deployment Strong verbal written skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership Strong project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and manage a heavy workload Strong creative problem-solving skills and business acumen with the ability to identify key findings from disparate data sources to provide recommendations Strong analytical skills with knowledge of qualitative design data analysis and applied statistics Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive collaboration and deliver results in a dynamic environment Experience We welcome a bachelors or masters MBA preferred quantitative area 3-5 years pharmaceutical industry experience with a preference of at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Patient Services Specialty Pharmacy or related role Experience managing leading team s supporting global enterprise Experience operating successfully in a complex organizational environment Experience interacting with senior management understanding anticipating and fulfilling their insight analytical information requirements Experience with forecasting analytics modeling platforms data manipulation software and visualization tools e g SAS Tableau Alteryx Microsoft Suite
