Logistics Coordinator

Job Title Logistics Coordinator Department Operations Role Overview The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery process ensuring timely shipment execution and maintaining adherence to delivery SLAs The role involves tracking courier performance managing Non-Delivery Reports NDRs escalating delays and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure a seamless last-mile experience Key Responsibilities Monitor live tracking dashboards to ensure all deliveries are on schedule Track courier and delivery performance escalate delays or bottlenecks promptly Manage and resolve NDR Non-Delivery Report cases by coordinating with courier partners for reattempts or alternate delivery actions Analyze reasons for failed or delayed deliveries and take corrective measures Maintain comprehensive logs of escalations reattempts and issue resolutions Prepare and present delivery performance reports highlighting key metrics such as on-time delivery percentage failed deliveries and SLA adherence Conduct regular reviews with courier partners to evaluate performance discuss escalation logs and identify areas for improvement Collaborate closely with warehouse operations and customer service teams to ensure all dispatches and deliveries are completed smoothly Continuously identify process gaps and recommend improvements for better delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction Key Performance Indicators KPIs On-time delivery percentage OTD NDR resolution rate Delivery reattempt success rate Courier SLA adherence Escalation turnaround time Skills Competencies Strong coordination and communication abilities Sound knowledge of logistics courier operations and NDR management Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel Google Sheets and delivery tracking tools Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in e-commerce logistics or supply chain operations preferred Educational Qualification Experience Bachelor s degree in any field 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination or courier performance management Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Commuter assistance Health insurance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
