Recycling Industry Profile - Logistics Executive Qualification - Bachelor s Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field Experience - Min 4 years of relevant logistics experience in a manufacturing environment Salary - Upto 5 LPA CTC Location - Alwar Raj Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager with strong leadership and operational skills to oversee the complete logistics and distribution cycle in our manufacturing operations The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics processes supply chain coordination inventory management and vendor negotiations with a track record of efficiency improvements in a manufacturing setup Key Responsibilities Plan manage and coordinate all logistics operations including inbound outbound transportation warehousing and inventory control Ensure timely availability of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods to customers or distribution centers Collaborate closely with procurement production and sales teams to synchronize supply chain activities Manage third-party logistics providers 3PLs freight forwarders and transportation contracts to optimize cost and performance Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with company goals reduce cost and improve service levels Monitor and analyze logistics performance using KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management Ensure compliance with legal safety and environmental regulations in logistics operations Lead mentor and train logistics and warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse layout inventory accuracy and transportation efficiency Use ERP or logistics software e g SAP Oracle WMS TMS for tracking and data analysis SKILLS Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes including domestic and international shipping Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics tools SAP Oracle WMS etc Proven experience in vendor negotiation and contract management Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards Coordinate With DCS Group Email - hr indiadcs in 6375367126 Call whatsApp Calling Time - 11 00 AM to 6 00 PM WhatsApp Timing - 9 00 AM to 8 00 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 500 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes including domestic and international shipping Proven experience in vendor negotiation and contract management Education Bachelor s Required Experience inventory management and vendor negotiations 6 years Required logistics processes supply chain coordination 5 years Required Work Location In person
