Recycling Industry Profile - AGM Logistics Qualification - Bachelor s Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Engineering or a related field Experience - Min 12 Years of logistics experience in the manufacturing sector with at least 4-5 years in a leadership senior management role Salary - Upto 12 LPA CTC Location - Alwar Raj Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic AGM - Logistics to lead and manage all logistics and distribution activities within our manufacturing operations The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management with a strong background in handling large-scale operations vendor management transportation planning and team leadership Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end logistics function including inbound outbound logistics warehouse operations distribution planning and transportation management Develop and execute logistics strategies that align with overall business goals reduce operational costs and improve service levels Oversee logistics planning for raw material procurement inter-plant transfers and customer deliveries across domestic and export markets Build and maintain relationships with transporters 3PL partners freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure smooth operations Drive optimization initiatives in logistics processes including route planning freight cost reduction and load optimization Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety and environmental requirements related to transportation and warehousing Lead digitalization efforts in logistics using ERP WMS TMS and other automation tools Collaborate with Production Procurement Sales and Finance teams to align logistics activities with overall supply chain performance Monitor and report logistics KPIs OTIF freight cost per unit inventory turnover etc and present insights to senior management Lead mentor and develop a team of logistics professionals across multiple locations plants SKILLS Proven expertise in logistics operations warehouse inventory management distribution and transportation Strong working knowledge of ERP systems SAP Oracle etc and logistics software WMS TMS Ability to manage multiple sites large teams and high-volume logistics operations Coordinate With DCS Group Email - hr indiadcs in 6375367126 Call whatsApp Calling Time - 11 00 AM to 6 00 PM WhatsApp Timing - 9 00 AM to 8 00 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 1 000 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s 2 Nd round Face to Face only Can You go for F2f Min 12 Years of logistics experience in the manufacturing sector with at least 4-5 years in a leadership senior management role Education Bachelor s Required Experience Manufacturing industry 10 years Required logistics and supply chain management 10 years Required Work Location In person
