Job Title Erection Commissioning Engineer Department Projects Site Execution Qualification B E Mechanical Engineering Experience Minimum 2 Years Location Project Site Travel and site stay required Employment Type Full-Time Job Purpose To carry out site execution erection testing and commissioning activities for mechanical systems equipment in accordance with project specifications safety standards and client requirements Ensure smooth handover and successful operational readiness of the installed systems Key Responsibilities Project Execution Site Work Execute mechanical erection and commissioning activities as per engineering drawings method statements and project plan Supervise fabrication alignment installation testing and trial runs of equipment such as pumps compressors pipelines vessels heat exchangers etc Coordinate with contractors vendors and site labor for timely completion of works Technical Support Coordination Interpret engineering drawings P ID layout plans and equipment manuals Interact with design planning teams to resolve technical issues Coordinate with clients consultants and inspectors for approvals and site progress Quality Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to safety protocols site safety norms and statutory requirements Conduct quality checks inspection activities and ensure compliance with QAP ITP project specifications Maintain site documentation including test records commissioning reports and handover documents Testing Commissioning Prepare and execute pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures Conduct operational checks load trials performance testing and ensure stable operation Troubleshoot issues during start-up and provide resolutions Skills Competencies Required Good knowledge of erection methodologies and commissioning practices in mechanical systems Understanding of rotating and static equipment Ability to read engineering drawings GA P ID Isometrics Strong site supervision and coordination skills Basic understanding of project and site safety standards Good communication and documentation skills Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently Software Tools Knowledge MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint AutoCAD Preferred Knowledge of project planning tools desirable Key Behavioral Attributes Positive attitude and willingness to travel Teamwork and leadership at site level Time management and workload prioritization Commitment to safety and work discipline Job Type Full-time Pay 18 500 00 - 24 000 00 per month
