Job Title Commissioning Engineer - Mechanical Qualification B E - Mechanical Engineering Experience Minimum 2 YearsLocation Specify Location Department Projects Commissioning Site Services Reporting To Commissioning Manager Project Manager Job Purpose To execute commissioning testing troubleshooting and performance validation of mechanical systems equipment at customer sites ensuring safe operation compliance to specifications and smooth handover to the customer Key Responsibilities Plan and carry out pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for mechanical systems machinery or plant equipment Review technical drawings installation manuals P IDs process flow diagrams and OEM documentation Verify mechanical system assembly alignment lubrication piping connections sealing arrangements and equipment readiness Conduct testing procedures performance checks load trials and calibration of equipment as per standards Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during installation and commissioning coordinate with Engineering Design teams for corrective actions Ensure implementation of safety protocols work permits and hazard control measures at the site Prepare commissioning reports test certificates and handover documentation Train customer operators and maintenance personnel on system operation and routine maintenance Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams contractors vendors and clients for successful project execution Support warranty service visits and corrective maintenance when required Required Technical Skills Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of mechanical systems such as pumps compressors blowers heat exchangers rotating equipment piping systems or industrial machinery Knowledge of mechanical alignment methods vibration checks balancing lubrication systems and maintenance practices Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings P IDs and engineering documentation Familiarity with industrial safety standards and LOTO procedures Basic understanding of electrical and instrumentation interfaces advantageous Soft Skills Behavioral Competencies Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability Good communication and client handling skills Capable of working independently and in team environments Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as required Time management and project coordination skills Salary Range As per company norms or specify Work Environment Site-based role with travel to customer industrial plants Job Type Full-time Pay 18 500 00 - 24 000 00 per month
