About Our Client Our client is a global healthcare innovator dedicated to advancing patient outcomes through cutting-edge medical technologies and deep, purpose-driven partnerships with hospitals and clinicians. Job Description - Build long term partnerships with strategic customers by providing innovative solutions to meet their needs - Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain /Logistics, Legal and Health Care Compliance Departments to demonstrate customer negotiations and ensure compliance of customer needs. Works closely with multiple cross-functional partners, including marketing, Business Development, Medical Affairs, Professional Education etc. - Evolving beyond contracting to capabilities on partnerships - Shaping and leading ecosystem partnerships including commercial and education solutions like e-commerce etc. - Developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies that align with company's overall objectives. - Conducting thorough research to identify market trends, customer preferences, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth. - Identifying and creating new leads through networking, outreach, and initiatives in collaboration with Marketing team. - Work with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to advance access to innovative medical technologies. The Successful Applicant A successful Key Account Manager - South & West should have: - Experience: 5-6 years of people management experience - Core Competencies: 1. Strong team leadership and performance management 2. Ability to handle large KOLs and high-value accounts 3. Strong execution, forecasting and field sales discipline 4.
