Need delivery boy for Flipkart . Very urgent need. Income 16000 to 18000 per month. Need cycles and biker. Our job is very good. Job timing is morning shift 7.30 am joining in the hub then go to field.Key Responsibilities: 1. Pick-up and Delivery: Collect items from the warehouse or hub as per assigned order. Verify the correct number and type of items before leaving for delivery. Deliver packages, parcels, or products to customers at their homes, offices, or other specified locations. Follow assigned delivery routes or GPS directions to ensure timely deliveries. 2. Customer Interaction: Communicate politely and professionally with customers. Confirm recipient identity and obtain signatures or OTP for delivery verification (if required). Handle cash or digital payments when applicable and provide accurate change or receipts. Answer basic customer queries related to the delivery process, return policies, or contact details. 3. Vehicle and Safety: Operate two-wheeler or company delivery vehicle safely and responsibly. Ensure that the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy. Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations at all times. Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays to the supervisor immediately. 4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, cash collected, and receipts issued. Use mobile apps or handheld devices for delivery tracking, order completion, and navigation. Report any undelivered or refused items to the dispatch or logistics team. Submit daily delivery reports or logs as per company policy. 5. Package Handling: Handle all parcels with care, especially fragile, perishable, or sensitive items. Ensure items are packed properly and loaded securely in the vehicle before transit. Follow cold chain protocols when delivering medicines, food, or temperature-sensitive products. Return undelivered goods to the origin point with proper documentation. Required Skills and Competencies: Basic Communication: Ability to read and speak basic English or the local language. Navigation Skills: Familiarity with local routes, roads, and areas. Ability to use Google Maps or delivery apps. Customer Service: Polite, helpful, and respectful behavior while dealing with customers. Time Management: Punctuality and ability to complete multiple deliveries within given time slots.
