No education required.A delivery boy's role involves timely, safe product delivery, requiring a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, strong time management, and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include picking up packages, planning efficient routes, and loading/unloading items carefully. Delivery boys must handle packages securely, ensure orders are complete, collect payments, and maintain accurate delivery records. They also need to provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and comply with traffic laws and safety regulationsRequired Skills & Competencies Technical & Functional Skills Ability to read, understand, and follow delivery schedules. Familiarity with GPS, Google Maps, or delivery applications. Basic mobile app usage for updates and reporting. Soft Skills Punctual, reliable, and responsible in completing deliveries on time. Good communication skills to interact with customers and supervisors. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries daily.
