Job Description Job Title: ServiceNow Service Catalog Engineer Experience Level: 48 Years Location: Bangalore Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow Service Catalog Engineer to design, configure, and maintain Service Catalog and Request Management processes within the ServiceNow platform. The role involves creating catalog items, order guides, fulfillment workflows, and user-facing portal experiences to automate and streamline service requests across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Design, configure, and maintain Service Catalog, Request Management, and Record Producers in ServiceNow. - Create and manage catalog items, order guides, and variables to support business service requests. - Develop fulfillment workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor for automated request handling. - Configure approvals, notifications, SLAs, and assignment rules for catalog items. - Design and optimize Service Portal pages or UI Builder experiences to improve catalog visibility and usability. - Ensure catalog consistency with naming conventions, categorization, and accessibility standards. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure catalog items meet organizational needs. - Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and documentation for the Service Catalog. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 48 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog and Request Management. - Strong experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Record Producers. - Experience designing Service Portal or UI Builder pages for enhanced user experience. - Knowledge of approvals, notifications, SLAs, and assignment rules configuration. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into system configurations. Preferred Qualifications - ServiceNow certification(s) such as CIS Service Catalog or CSA. - Experience with ITSM processes and other ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, or CMDB. - Understanding of automation best practices and ServiceNow development standards.
