Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. They will identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and present solutions to customers. Additionally, they will provide sales reports and insights to drive business growth.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
- Strong understanding of the solar energy industry and renewable energy solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with market research and sales reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
