Job Description Designer & Brand Coordinator Company: Chroma Print and Pack (CPP) Location: Kukatpally & Kondapur (Hyderabad) Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Saturday) Work Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Reports To: Creative Head / Founder About Chroma Print and Pack Chroma Print and Pack (CPP) is a one-stop packaging solution provider catering to bakeries, cafs, restaurants, and F&B brands with high-quality, design-led packaging, from paper boxes and bags to wooden and acrylic display products. CPP also operates two in-house brands: Rustle a premium range of restaurant accessories such as trays, caddies, coasters, and menu displays. Impresso a print brand specializing in customized stationery and marketing materials. Our focus lies in quality design, functional innovation, and brand consistency, serving both domestic and international markets. Role Overview We are looking for a Designer & Brand Coordinator who can manage the complete design communication cycle, from understanding client requirements to delivering print-ready files, while supporting the creative development of our in-house brands, Rustle and Impresso. This role combines design expertise, client communication, and process coordination, requiring close collaboration with clients, vendors, production teams, and the marketing department. The ideal candidate is creative yet detail-oriented, balancing aesthetic quality with technical precision. Key Responsibilities 1. Design & Pre-Press - Create print-ready packaging artwork (boxes, bags, trays, labels, tags, etc.) following brand guidelines. - Ensure color accuracy, dieline precision, and adherence to print specifications (bleed, CMYK, etc.). - Adapt designs based on client feedback and production constraints. - Maintain a structured digital design library for internal and client use. - Develop mockups and 3D visualizations for presentations and client approvals. 2. Client & Vendor Coordination - Interact directly with clients to understand packaging and branding requirements. - Present design concepts and manage revisions efficiently. - Coordinate with printers, material suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality output. - Collaborate across design, production, and dispatch teams to maintain seamless workflow. - Track project progress using Google Sheets or project management tools. 3. Brand & Content Design (Rustle & Impresso) - Design social media creatives, website visuals, and promotional materials. - Create marketing assets such as banners, brochures, and catalogs aligned with brand identity. - Support e-commerce listings (Shopify) with product visuals, icons, and infographics. - Work with content creators, photographers, and marketing teams to maintain visual consistency. 4. Process & System Support - Maintain organized file management systems with version control and backups. - Update internal trackers and ensure effective team communication. - Standardize recurring design templates and documentation. - Support internal branding efforts, signage, stationery, and marketing collaterals. Qualifications & Skills Technical Skills - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CorelDRAW (packaging & pre-press). - Understanding of dielines, print processes, and color management (Pantone, CMYK, Spot). - Basic knowledge of CNC/laser-cut file preparation (wood/acrylic products). - Strong sense of layout, typography, and premium brand aesthetics. Soft Skills - Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi/Telugu. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient multitasker. - Proactive problem solver with strong ownership of timelines and quality. - Team player with the ability to work independently when required. Bonus Skills (Good to Have) - Familiarity with Shopify, Canva, or Figma for digital design layouts. - Experience with product photography or digital content planning. - Understanding of print finishes such as lamination, UV, or foiling. Coordinates With - Production Team - Vendors & Printers - Project Manager (Rustle) - Marketing & Content Team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - On-time delivery of accurate, print-ready design files. - Efficient client and vendor communication with minimal revisions. - Consistent visual quality across Rustle, Impresso, and CPP. - Positive internal and client feedback on design output and coordination. - Contribution to digital creative output (3-5 assets per week).
