Job Description Description Mediversal Multi Super Specialty Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated DM Neonatology doctor to join our esteemed team of healthcare professionals. As a neonatologist, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized medical care to newborn infants, particularly those who are premature, critically ill, or require intensive care. Responsibilities As a Neonatologist, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to newborn infants, particularly those who are premature, critically ill, or require intensive medical attention. - Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions, including infections, injuries, chronic illnesses, and developmental disorders. - Conduct routine check-ups to monitor growth, development, and overall health of patients. - Administer vaccinations and provide guidance on nutrition, hygiene, and safety to parents and caregivers. - Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to address educational, mental health, and social issues that may impact a child's well-being. - Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and recommend therapies or interventions as necessary. - Provide patient and family-centered care, ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns and questions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric medicine through continuous education and participation in medical research. - Act as an advocate for pediatric patients, promoting their rights and ensuring their medical, emotional, and social needs are met. Qualifications - Medical degree (DM) with specialization in Neonatology. - Valid license to practice medicine and board certification in Neonatology. - Proficient knowledge and clinical expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal conditions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with infants, parents, and the healthcare team. - Compassion, empathy, and the ability to provide support and comfort to families during challenging times. - Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
