Position Title: Quality Assurance Executive / Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards across production, packaging, and warehousing.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Implement and maintain GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-conformities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality checks, test results, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production and R&D teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
- Support internal and external audits, including regulatory and certification bodies.
- Train staff on quality protocols, hygiene standards, and SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC within the FMCG, food, or beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 22000, FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
