Key Responsibilities Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards across production, packaging, and warehousing . Conduct routine inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products . Implement and maintain GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards. Investigate and resolve quality-related issues , including customer complaints and non-conformities. Maintain accurate documentation of quality checks, test results, and corrective actions . Collaborate with Production and R&D teams to improve product quality and reduce defects. Support internal and external audits , including regulatory and certification bodies. Train staff on quality protocols, hygiene standards, and SOPs . Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field . 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC within the FMCG, food, or beverage industry . Strong knowledge of ISO 22000, FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP . Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills . Good communication and documentation abilities .
