We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

- Scrum and Agile development methodologies
- User stories (creation and management)
- Proficiency with using applications and tools like Jira, Confluence
- Previous experience in working in large software implementations with many teams delivering code across multiple areas
- Demonstrable experience in rolling out large change across multiple business areas and dealing with business colleagues
- Experience of working in a cross-functional Agile teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Person should have strong experience in s/w design, development and implementation using Spring technologies with hands on experience on complete spring stack and API implementation on Cloud (GCP/AWS)
- Experience in leading teams.
- Experience in developing large-scale integration and API solutions
- Experience in understanding and analyzing complex business requirements and carry out the system design accordingly.
- Hands on with understanding of core design patterns.
- Good knowledge on security, scaling, performance tuning aspects of micro services
- Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL Databases.
- Good understanding of Messaging platform like IBM MQ, Kafka, PubSub etc.
- Optional understanding of Cloud platforms.
- Good hands-on knowledge of DevOps concepts, Deployment, CI/CD, observability tools like Splunk, app dynamics.
- Should have hands on experience on K8 (Kubernetes) / DOCKER.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills and lots of patience
- Good to have - User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design
