About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead software engineering initiatives within the BIBDA and BSS domains. The individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals, and applying agile methodologies to drive productivity and quality.

What you will do

- Lead and manage projects ranging from $1-2 million in size, particularly in the AD (Application Development) space
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for internal and client-facing stakeholders
- Monitor project performance and ensure successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Manage project budgets and adjust constraints based on financial analysis
- Apply agile frameworks and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Azure DevOps
- Ensure effective risk and quality management throughout the project lifecycle

Who you are

- A professional with 8-12 years of overall experience, including 5-8 years in project management
- Possess strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
- Experienced in BIBDA and BSS domains, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft tools and project management software
- Holds a degree in B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, or BSc/MSc in Computer Science
- Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe Advanced (preferred)
