We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal. #VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About This Role We are seeking a Governance and Project Delivery Specialist to lead the governance of Central LAB deployment within the Cloud Orchestration and Intelligence Solutions (COIS) team. This role is pivotal in refining project management methodologies, enhancing reporting and escalation processes, and supporting budget management. The individual will be accountable for engineering across the COIS organisation and multiple markets, contributing to the European Transformation Plan and ensuring delivery of critical engineering projects. What you will do - Continuously review and improve process standards to maximise delivery efficiency. - Establish effective reporting and escalation processes to support communication. - Refine project management methodologies and standards for optimal project execution. - Develop and enhance support tools for team management. - Implement efficient budget management processes to meet financial goals. - Manage project budgets under 5 million. - Stimulate European efficiency through timely and quality delivery. Who you are - Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills. - Customer-oriented with a systematic approach to work. - Capable of working across multi-functional and cultural boundaries. - Demonstrates strong individual thinking and sound judgement. - Holds a degree or equivalent experience. - Brings several years of professional experience in telecommunications or IT. - Knowledgeable in ITIL, ETOM, and project management techniques (e.g. Prince2, PMI, PMP). - Possesses high-level project management skills and deep understanding of IT and Telco infrastructure.
