This role is pivotal in aligning automation roadmaps with annual efficiency targets, identifying digitalisation opportunities, and implementing scalable technology solutions. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, design, and deliver impactful transformation programmes using modern technologies. What You'll Do - Drive technology assessment initiatives in collaboration with ITBP, service lines, and transformation teams. - Identify automation opportunities across front office, back office, and customer journeys using tools like RPA, iOCR, GenAI, and Power Platform. - Document detailed solution designs and process flows, ensuring alignment with business needs and architectural standards. - Manage end-to-end project delivery, from discovery to implementation, using SAFE Agile frameworks. - Develop and own business cases and benefit value outcomes for proposed solutions. Who You Are - A strategic thinker with the ability to analyse complex scenarios and align decisions with long-term business goals. - Skilled in business development and stakeholder engagement across diverse markets. - Technologically proficient in SAP (S4Hana, Ariba), RPA, iOCR, GenAI, Power Platform, and workflow management tools. - Experienced in finance domain processes such as procure-to-pay and record-to-report. - Strong communicator with the ability to produce clear documentation and present recommendations effectively. - Holds over 10 years of experience in business analysis or product ownership, with at least 5 years in digital transformation. - Certified in Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation, with an MBA qualification.
