About Company Our client is a significant contributor in the Battery Energy Storage Systems BESS sector playing a crucial role in India s transition to clean energy An Ideal Candidate The candidate must have experience in renewable energy battery storage or power EPC marketing roles He should be familiar with energy storage technologies Li-ion flow batteries hybrid systems and policy landscape He should have proven ability to build GTM strategies manage high-value partnerships and support bidding teams Key Competencies 1 Go-To-Market GTM Strategy Develop and execute a GTM plan for BESS offerings - grid-scale C I hybrid renewable storage solutions Position as a thought leader in the energy transition space through white papers panel talks and industry participation Build a pipeline of opportunities by mapping upcoming tenders SECI NTPC Renewable bids and state energy storage policies 2 Strategic Partnerships Alliances Forge partnerships with battery OEMs PCS manufacturers EMS providers and EPC collaborators to strengthen SPML s offerings Drive co-marketing campaigns with technology partners to build credibility and visibility in the energy storage market 3 Digital Content Marketing Curate high-impact content - case studies capability brochures LinkedIn campaigns explainer videos - to tell the BESS story Lead digital presence optimization for BESS vertical including SEO paid campaigns and lead-generation funnels Build a knowledge center showcasing project execution expertise technology differentiators and client ROI 4 Market Intelligence Policy Tracking Monitor national energy storage mission regulatory developments battery price trends and competitor strategies Maintain a dashboard of BESS tenders RFPs and policy updates for internal stakeholders to enable faster bid decisions 5 Investor Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with CFO and CEO to prepare investor decks feasibility studies and market opportunity presentations Lead brand-building events site visits and demo projects for key customers and government stakeholders 6 Leadership Team Development Build and manage a specialized BESS marketing communications team Manage agencies PR partners and consultants to deliver impactful campaigns on time and within budget Mentor junior marketers and create a succession plan for sustainable growth
