
15h Left: Implementation Manager

We&aposre looking for a seasoned Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of FinBox&aposs lending solutions with our partners from banks and NBFCs to fintech platforms and digital marketplaces. This is a cross-functional, high-ownership role at the intersection of product, tech, and client success. You&aposll be the primary point of contact for our partners during integration, ensuring customer success, stakeholder engagement, and smooth implementation of our embedded finance stack.
The Candidate Will Have Responsibilities Across The Following Functions
Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary technical and functional point of contact for partner integrations.
- Run solutioning workshops, perform demos, and manage communication with senior business stakeholders.
- Translate business use-cases into robust, scalable, and configurable tech solutions.
- Negotiate trade-offs and timelines across client, internal, and third-party stakeholders.
Project And Program Management
- Own project timelines, sprint plans, and delivery schedules.
- Manage multi-party implementation plans, ensuring all external and internal stakeholders are aligned.
Solutioning
- Deeply understand FinBox&aposs API offerings, data flows, and product capabilities.
- Work with partners on API documentation, environment setup, configurations, credentials, and sandbox testing.
- Write and review detailed configuration specs, including JQ, regex validations, and custom parameter mappings.
- Support teams in writing, validating, and maintaining integration specs and technical workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues during UAT, staging, and production phases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Bridge the gap between product, engineering, customer success, and business teams.
- Capture feedback from clients and feed it back into the product roadmap.
- Identify and implement process improvements to shorten go-live timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering managers, developers, and product owners to drive execution.
- Ensure resource alignment, remove blockers, and prioritize.
- Maintain implementation health with clear reporting, status updates, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in Implementation, Program/Project Management, or Solution Engineering.
- Domain expertise in lending, familiarity with lending journeys, partnership models, secured and unsecured lending, and compliance standards.
- Strong technical foundation, working knowledge of REST APIs, databases (SQL), and Postman.
- Comfort with writing detailed configuration documents, API specs, and product workflow diagrams.
- Prior experience managing client-facing implementations with banks, NBFCs, or fintech partners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, run Agile sprints, and own end-to-end delivery of a product/project.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle trade-offs and multiple stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset with a knack for structured problem-solving.
