Job Description Description We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financial (Integration + Admin) professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Workday Financials integrations and administration, ensuring that financial processes are efficient and effective. Location : Pan India Responsibilities - Design, configure, and manage Workday Financials integrations. - Administer Workday Financial applications, including maintenance and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. - Monitor integration performance and resolve issues promptly. - Provide support for financial reporting and analytics within Workday. - Ensure data integrity and security across Workday Financials. - Conduct user training and provide documentation for financial processes. - Stay updated on Workday releases and new features to enhance functionality. Skills and Qualifications - 8-18 years of experience in Workday Financials integration and administration. - Strong understanding of Workday Financials modules such as Accounting, Procurement, and Expenses. - Proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies, including EIB, Studio, and Workday Web Services. - Experience with Workday security configuration and role-based access control. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Project management experience is a plus.
