As a Workday Financials Architect, you’ll partner with global clients to deliver innovative solutions and maximize the value of their Workday Financials investment. You’ll lead implementations and provide strategic guidance, blending technical expertise with a passion for client impact. **Responsibilities**: - Design, configure, and deploy Workday Financials solutions tailored to client needs. - Lead discovery sessions, analyze business requirements, and recommend best-practice solutions. - Manage medium - to large-scale projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met. - Solve complex financial challenges with creative, high-impact solutions. - Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to internal knowledge sharing. **Qualifications**: - 3+ years of Workday Financials experience across any modules. - Proven ability to lead Workday Financials projects from discovery to go-live. - Strong client focus, consulting skills, and ability to build lasting relationships. - Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills in fast-paced environments. - Minimal travel required (
