**Job Title: Workday Architect**

**Job Overview**:As a Workday Architect, you will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of the Workday platform to ensure it meets the organization's operational needs and enhances its human resources, payroll, and financial management processes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, HR professionals, IT teams, and consultants to analyze requirements and design solutions that leverage the capabilities of the Workday platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Design and Configuration**: Lead the design and configuration of Workday modules such as HCM, payroll, benefits, compensation, and more, ensuring they align with the organization's business processes and requirements.

**Requirements Gathering**: Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements for the Workday system.

**Solution Architecture**: Design and implement effective and scalable solutions that leverage the capabilities of the Workday platform, considering best practices, industry standards, and the organization's unique needs.

**Integration**: Work with integration developers to design and implement integrations between Workday and other internal or external systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.

**Data Management**: Define data conversion and migration strategies to ensure smooth transition of data from legacy systems to Workday.

**Customization**: Evaluate the need for customization and extensions within the Workday platform and provide guidance on best practices for development and maintenance.

**Testing and Quality Assurance**: Develop and execute testing plans to ensure the configured solutions meet functional and technical requirements. Address any issues or defects identified during testing.

**Documentation**: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, configurations, integrations, and any custom development.

**Training**: Provide training and guidance to end-users, administrators, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of the Workday platform.

**Performance Optimization**: Monitor and optimize the performance of the Workday system, addressing any bottlenecks or performance issues that may arise.

**Stay Current**: Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features, updates, and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in Workday implementation (such as Workday Pro, Workday Studio, or other relevant certifications).
- Strong understanding of HR and financial processes.
- Experience with system implementation, configuration, and integration.
- Proficiency in Workday configuration, report writing, calculated fields, and custom objects.
- Knowledge of integration technologies (SOAP, REST, EIB, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹41,233.45 - ₹235,657.77 per month
