Beyond call handling, VoxyHealth supports ongoing patient care through reminders, surveys, and health monitoring reducing unnecessary ER visits, preventing missed appointments, and alleviating staff burnout. What You'll Do - Act as the trusted advisor for customers throughout onboarding, adoption, and retention stages. - Understand each client's operational goals and translate them into effective solutions within VoxyHealth's platform. - Conduct onboarding sessions, product demos, and training to drive adoption and engagement. - Analyze customer usage and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and expansion. - Manage escalations and ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and empathetically. - Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to enhance the customer experience. - Advocate for customer needs internally by providing actionable insights and feedback. - Maintain strong account health and contribute to renewals and expansion goals. What We're Looking For - 45 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support roles (SaaS or Healthcare preferred). - Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to explain complex AI, automation, or healthcare workflow concepts in simple terms. - Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience working in a US shift or with US-based clients. - Familiarity with CRM tools, analytics dashboards, or workflow automation platforms. - A proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to customer management.
