Key responsibilities include assisting with customer management, ensuring satisfaction, generating new leads, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. As a vital part of the team, the Sales Trainee will play a role in shaping customer-centric sales approaches to drive the growth of the company. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs - Proficiency in Sales and Training techniques, with a focus on meeting targets and improving strategies - Basic knowledge of Sales Management to assist in planning and executing sales operations - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Eagerness to develop skills in sales and grow within the organization
