With over 3 years in the market and a leadership team boasting 15+ years of logistics experience, we understand the unique pressures of the industry. By creating tailored remote operations teams, we help our clients achieve strategic talent acquisition, operational excellence, and cost-effectiveness.
About The Role
We're hiring dynamic Inside Sales Associates to join our growing team You will be responsible for selling our logistics services in the US market, engaging with potential customers through cold calling and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients using lead generation techniques, including cold calling and market research.
- Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to promote and sell logistics services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions to meet their business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Handle objections effectively and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Stay updated on service offerings, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in International Outbound Sales (US/Canada preferred).
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to clearly present solutions.
- Proven ability to build rapport, manage objections, and close sales.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales.
- Familiarity with third-party CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
