Emaxlabz Solutions is a startup which specializes in bespoke outsourcing solutions for logistics companies seeking to optimize their operations and drive growth. With over 3 years in the market and a leadership team boasting 15+ years of logistics experience, we understand the unique pressures of the industry. By creating tailored remote operations teams, we help our clients achieve strategic talent acquisition, operational excellence, and cost-effectiveness.

About The Role

We're hiring dynamic Inside Sales Associates to join our growing team You will be responsible for selling our logistics services in the US market , engaging with potential customers through cold calling and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify potential clients using lead generation techniques, including cold calling and market research.
  • Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to promote and sell logistics services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Handle objections effectively and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Stay updated on service offerings, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in International Outbound Sales (US/Canada preferred).
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree .
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to clearly present solutions.
  • Proven ability to build rapport, manage objections, and close sales.
Nice-to-Have
  • Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales .
  • Familiarity with third-party CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
