Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual concepts and produce animations, motion graphics, and video content based on project goals.
- Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations using tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar software.
- Develop storyboards and animatics to plan visual sequences and ensure cohesive narratives in animation projects.
- Apply compositing and motion tracking techniques to enhance video projects with realistic visual effects.
- Design and edit static visual assets such as illustrations, graphics, and backgrounds for use in motion content.
- Work with audio professionals to synchronize sound effects, voiceovers, and music with visual animations.
- Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, tools, and industry innovations to keep work fresh and competitive.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Liaise with clients to understand creative direction, gather feedback, and revise designs to meet expectations.
- Ensure final animations meet quality benchmarks and are optimized for various platforms (web, social, mobile, TV).
- Adapt and format graphics for different screen sizes, file types, and aspect ratios without sacrificing quality.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, editors, and creative directors to deliver cohesive multimedia content.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of motion design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation tools is a plus.
- Skilled in visual effects, compositing, and motion tracking.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong creative mindset.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous motion graphic or animation work.
- Familiarity with video formats, compression, and exporting standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
