Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual concepts and design graphics, animations, and video content that align with project objectives and brand guidelines. - Create 2D and 3D animations using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools. These animations may include logo animations, character animations, text animations, and special effects. - Develop storyboards and animatics to plan the sequence of visual elements and motion in videos or animations, ensuring a coherent and engaging narrative. - Integrate visual effects, compositing, and motion tracking techniques to enhance video and animation projects, creating realistic and visually stunning results. - Design and edit still graphics, illustrations, and images for use in motion graphics projects, including titles, backgrounds, and other supporting visuals. - Coordinate with audio professionals or sound designers to incorporate sound effects, music, and voiceovers into motion graphics projects, enhancing overall impact. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in motion graphics to ensure that the work remains innovative and competitive. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining open communication with team members and clients. - Work closely with clients to understand their vision, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions to meet their requirements and expectations. - Ensure the final output meets quality standards, resolution requirements, and technical specifications for various platforms, such as web, social media, television, and mobile devices. - Optimize motion graphics for different screen sizes, aspect ratios, and file formats while maintaining visual quality and performance. - Collaborate with other creative professionals, including graphic designers, video editors, and creative directors, to produce integrated multimedia content. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and graphic design. - Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation software is a plus. - Experience in compositing, motion tracking, and visual effects. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset. - Portfolio showcasing previous motion graphics and animation work. - Familiarity with video codecs, compression, and encoding techniques. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. - Benefit from invaluable mentorship provided by seasoned leaders. - Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere enriched with engaging games and activities. - Receive quarterly rewards as a token of recognition for your valuable contributions. - Immerse yourself in a creative and open culture that fosters innovation. - Full-time / Freelance / Part-time / Contract - A minimum duration of 6 months is mandatory. - In case of no prior experience, you have the option to apply for an internship.
