Job Description Key Responsibilities - Develop compelling motion graphics and animations for digital platforms including social media, web, video, and mobile. - Create 2D animations such as logo intros, explainer videos, infographics, and text animations using tools like Adobe After Effects. - Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into dynamic visuals that align with brand goals and storytelling needs. - Design storyboards and animatics to map out animation sequences and visual flow. - Incorporate visual effects, compositing, and motion tracking to enhance content production value. - Design and prepare still visuals (e.g., illustrations, backgrounds, assets) to support animations. - Work with audio professionals to sync motion content with sound effects, voiceovers, or background music. - Ensure visual content meets platform specifications (aspect ratios, resolutions, file formats). - Adapt animations for multiple screen sizes and channels while preserving creative integrity. - Stay updated with design trends and new motion graphics tools to maintain a fresh, innovative approach. - Take ownership of projects, meeting deadlines, communicating clearly with team members, and implementing feedback constructively.
