Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and driven SDR Executive to join our Sales Development team. This role offers hands-on experience in enterprise sales, including lead generation, prospecting, and engaging with decision-makers across industries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong initiative to succeed in a dynamic B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare a list of companies as per the target persona
- Identify decision makers from targeted companies
- Create lead funnels using various data sources
- Connect with the prospects via various channels - call/email/social
- Establish connection and pitch the OT-Model and value-add
- Set up in-person and virtual meetings for deal closure

Qualifications & Skills:

- Prior experience in enterprise selling will be a plus
- Strong Communication Skills - written and verbal
- Strong bias for action and an initiator attitude
- Strong Problem-Solving ability
- Education qualification: Graduate in any stream or an MBA
- Candidate must be willing to learn new tech and use AI, and should be comfortable with tech domain work
- Should have good knowledge of MS PPTX and Excel
- Should be fluent with tech and use different AI tools
- Have experience working with CRM tools
