Job Overview

We are looking for a Fresher Recruiter (Female) to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This is a full-time position ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of work experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong interviewing skills and a keen eye for detail. As a recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to ensure the best fit for our clients.

Qualifications And Skills

- Strong interviewing skills (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels including online platforms and job fairs
- Proficiency in screening resumes to shortlist suitable candidates
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and team members
- Teamwork skills to collaborate seamlessly with other team members during the recruitment process
- Keen attention to detail to ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded and processed
- Effective time management to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the recruitment process

- Conducting interviews to assess the suitability of candidates for various roles
- Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and recruitment events
- Screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
- Communicating effectively with candidates to schedule interviews and provide updates on their application status
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities
- Managing time effectively to balance multiple recruitment tasks and meet deadlines
- Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns arising during the recruitment process
