About The Role
Were looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives on designing experiences that drive user adoption and engagement. Youll work on high-visibility initiatives that directly influence how users discover, interact with, and stay connected to our products.
What Youll Do
- Lead design for growth-focused features such as onboarding, retention, and engagement touchpoints.
- Partner with data teams to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and test hypotheses through rapid prototyping and experimentation.
- Design high-quality flows, visuals, and micro-interactions that inspire users to take action.
- Ensure designs scale across different devices and use cases.
What Were Looking For
- 57 years of product design experience with proven work in growth or engagement areas.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with design intuition.
- Ability to move from broad strategy to detailed execution.
- Proficiency in modern design tools and prototyping practices.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
