Role Overview The Hospital HR Administrator is responsible for managing all human resources functions within the hospital facilitating recruitment onboarding compliance employee relations and performance management The role is essential to ensure an efficient and supportive work environment for hospital staff and the smooth operation of HR systems Key Responsibilities Oversee recruitment and onboarding of hospital staff ensuring all processes comply with healthcare regulations Maintain and update employee records HR data systems and ensure accuracy and confidentiality Handle compliance with employment laws hospital protocols and healthcare-specific regulations Manage employee relations address grievances mediate disputes and foster a positive workplace culture Coordinate employee training certification tracking and statutory requirements Conduct and administer performance appraisals probationary reviews and support managers in performance management Prepare HR documentation reports and assist with payroll or benefits administration as required Assist with onboarding offboarding background checks leave management and benefits enrolment Maintain compliance with policies related to maternity paternity adoption and all leave types Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff and managers providing guidance and support Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Healthcare Administration or a related field Master s preferred Minimum of 5 years HR management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting Sound knowledge of employment laws healthcare regulations and compliance requirements Strong interpersonal communication organizational and leadership skills Experience with HR management systems recruitment onboarding and employee records management Skills HR policy development and implementation Recruitment and selection strategies Performance management and employee appraisal Knowledge of healthcare accreditation and regulatory standards Problem solving and conflict resolution High level of discretion and confidentiality Proficient in HRIS HRMS software Job Types Full-time Permanent Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
