Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth by meeting potential clients face-to-face building relationships and closing deals The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales a proactive attitude and strong communication skills to promote our products services effectively Key Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by generating leads closing sales and managing existing customer accounts Lead Generation Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by conducting cold calls attending networking events and leveraging personal and professional contacts Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Product Demonstration and Presentation Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits to potential customers Market Research Gather feedback from customers competitors and market trends to assist in strategic planning Sales Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system with relevant customer details leads and sales progress Negotiation and Closing Negotiate pricing terms and conditions with clients ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company Collaboration Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and customer support Travel Regular travel within the assigned geographic region for in-person meetings with potential customers Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred but not required Experience 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role Experience in Industry is a plus Skills Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple priorities Knowledge of sales techniques customer service and CRM tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Other Valid driver s license if applicable and willingness to travel Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software e g Salesforce HubSpot Job Type Full-time Pay 9 686 86 - 24 742 46 per month Schedule Day shift Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Language Hindi Preferred License Certification Driving Licence Preferred Work Location In person
