Job Title Sales Officer Location Ballia Uttar Pradesh Company G P Shree Private Limited Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team in the pesticide industry The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales building customer relationships and achieving sales targets for a range of agricultural pesticides This role requires a strong understanding of the agricultural sector excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and seize sales opportunities Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development Actively promote and sell the company s pesticide products to new and existing customers in assigned regions or territories Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers including farmers distributors and agro-dealers Product Knowledge Stay up-to-date with the latest products trends and technologies in the pesticide industry to provide informed recommendations to customers Sales Targets Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets by executing effective sales strategies Market Research Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth understand customer needs and track competitors activities Promotions and Demonstrations Organize product demonstrations promotions and technical support to increase product visibility and educate customers Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales activities and follow-up actions in the company s CRM system Collaboration Work closely with marketing logistics and other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing delivery and customer satisfaction Problem Resolution Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner ensuring a positive customer experience Compliance Ensure adherence to all legal regulatory and environmental requirements in pesticide sales and use Qualifications Education Intermediate other Related qualification in related field Experience Fresher 1 year Skills Strong knowledge of agricultural products and pest management solutions Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Personal Attributes Self-driven and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving industry High level of integrity and professionalism Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Compensation Package Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule Day shift Work Location Remote
