**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development: Actively promote and sell the company’s pesticide products to new and existing customers in assigned regions or territories.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, including farmers, distributors, and agro-dealers.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest products, trends, and technologies in the pesticide industry to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by executing effective sales strategies.

Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, understand customer needs, and track competitors’ activities.

Promotions and Demonstrations: Organize product demonstrations, promotions, and technical support to increase product visibility and educate customers.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the company’s CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements in pesticide sales and use.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Intermediate & other Related qualification in related field.

**Experience**:Fresher/ 1 year

**Skills**:
Strong knowledge of agricultural products and pest management solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Personal Attributes**:
Self-driven and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results.

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving industry.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
