Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Executive, located in Noida, with some work-from-home options available. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including lead generation, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Experience in the UK & Europe Market is a must.

Lead Identification

- Research and identify high-potential leads that align with HireQEDs target markets and service offerings.
- Leverage online resources, databases, and professional networks to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.

Outbound Prospecting

- Drive proactive outreach through calls, emails, and social media engagement.
- Customize communication to resonate with prospects based on their industry, business priorities, and pain points.

Lead Qualification

- Evaluate leads using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology.
- Understand client challenges to determine alignment with HireQEDs solutions.

Campaign Management

- Execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns.
- Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel outreach strategies to maximize engagement.

Pipeline Management

- Maintain accurate and timely records of lead interactions in CRM).
- Track progress, manage follow-ups, and ensure continuity throughout the buyer journey.

Collaboration with Sales Team

- Work closely with sales and business development teams to seamlessly hand off qualified leads.
- Share detailed prospect insights to accelerate the sales cycle and strengthen conversion.

Target Achievement

- Consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly demand generation goals.
- Meet or exceed KPIs, including leads generated, outreach volume, and conversion rates.

Market Research

- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive shifts, and emerging customer needs.
- Position HireQEDs offerings effectively to maximize relevance in client conversations.

Reporting & Insights

- Prepare regular reports on demand generation performance, campaign success, and pipeline health.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine strategies and uncover new growth opportunities
