Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Local Agent / Local Representative. The Local Agent will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with local clients, providing customized technical support, and promoting OMICHEMs products. Daily tasks include coordinating with the R&D department, managing customer inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires regular reporting on market trends and feedback to support the companys strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of chemical reagents and biomedical research
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
