We're Hiring – Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant | Pune | 6+ Years Experience

We're looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud across key HR modules. This role is perfect for someone who combines deep functional expertise with hands-on technical configuration skills, and can collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, customize, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud, including full lifecycle implementations
- Work across major modules: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Payroll, Timekeeping
- Utilize HCM Cloud tools such as Fast Formula, HCM Extract, HDL, BI Publisher, and Workflows
- Design and implement integrations between HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems
- Participate in all phases of SDLC using Agile and DevOps practices
- Develop and execute unit, CIT, and UAT testing; troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis
- Create and maintain technical documentation and change requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
- Support project planning, estimation, and alignment with business priorities

Mandatory Skills:

- Oracle HCM Cloud configuration & full lifecycle implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of HCM Cloud tools (Fast Formula, HCM Extract, HDL, BIP, Workflow)
- Functional expertise in major HR modules
- Integration design & implementation skills (real-time & batch)
- Testing & troubleshooting expertise
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- Experience in project estimation and planning

Nice-to-Have:

- Test-driven development experience
- Oracle HCM or Agile certifications
- Broader IT experience in business systems development
- Results-focused client delivery approach
- Mentorship or leadership experience
