This role is for one of the Weekday s clientsSalary range Rs 300000 - Rs 420000 ie INR 3-4 2 LPA Min Experience 1 yearsLocation bangalore delhiJobType full-timeWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Food Beverage Executive Sr Executive to lead comprehensive audits across multiple hospitality properties This role focuses on ensuring top-notch kitchen compliance hygiene standards adherence to SOPs effective inventory management and ongoing staff training The ideal candidate will help maintain high standards of food quality safety and operational consistency across all locations RequirementsKey Responsibilities Conduct regular audits across properties focusing on Kitchen hygiene and food safety standards Inventory practices including stock management and FIFO Vendor and material storage compliance SOP adherence for kitchen staff recipes portion control cleaning routines etc Proper usage and maintenance of kitchen equipment Identify operational gaps and offer actionable feedback to enhance processes Maintain and update audit checklists in line with current regulatory and internal compliance standards Prepare detailed audit reports and dashboards using MS Excel and share findings with relevant teams Train on-ground kitchen staff on hygiene protocols SOPs inventory handling and compliance requirements Collaborate with Operations teams to drive consistent improvements Ensure uniformity in kitchen operations and quality standards across all properties Requirements Bachelor s degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred 13 years of experience in F B operations kitchen audits or a similar domain Solid understanding of food safety hygiene and kitchen compliance including FSSAI norms Proficiency in MS Excel for audit tracking and reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and coordination Willingness to travel frequently across different locations within India Proactive detail-oriented and quality-focused approach Skills Food Safety Hygiene Practices SOP Trainings
