We are a custom software development and AI consulting company looking for a dedicated professional to manage our bidding process on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. Your primary responsibility will be to identify high-potential projects, prepare tailored proposals, and submit bids consistently to generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

- Search for relevant projects in domains like software development, AI/automation, blockchain, e-commerce, cloud, DevOps, frontend/backend development, and staff augmentation.
- Write and submit personalized proposals/bids based on provided templates and company capabilities.
- Maintain a daily log of bids submitted and responses received.
- Coordinate with our team for technical input when needed.
- Optimize proposal strategy to improve conversion rate.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in bidding or sales on Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr (mandatory).
- Excellent written English skills.
- Understanding of IT services and software development terminology.
- Ability to work independently and deliver a set number of bids per day.
- Familiarity with proposal templates and client communication best practices.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

- Background in lead generation or digital sales.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts on freelancing platforms.

Work Details:

- Engagement: Part-time / Full-time (flexible based on performance)
- Compensation: Fixed + Performance-based incentives (to be discussed)
- Long-term collaboration preferred
