Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and driven Junior Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team. In this entry-level role, you'll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to fuel our company's growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle, supporting our hiring managers in building high-performing teams that align with our innovative and data-driven culture. Key Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and junior roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation. - Create and post compelling job descriptions on various job boards, professional networks (like LinkedIn), and social media platforms. - Source potential candidates using a variety of channels, including online databases, social media, professional networking sites, and internal referrals. - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. - Maintain and update candidate information accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition into the company. - Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and top-tier talent to Spark Nova Tech. - Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and priorities for various roles. - Participate in career fairs, university recruitment events, and other networking opportunities as needed. - Assist in maintaining recruitment reports and dashboards. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field from a recognized university. - A strong interest and eagerness to pursue a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and professional relationships. - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to work effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications - Prior internship or academic project experience in Human Resources or recruitment. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. - Basic understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate experience principles. - Awareness of social media recruitment strategies.
