Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Sales Marketing Manager Web3 DePIN - this is a fully remote role and candidates can be based anywhere Salary range 42-60K USD per year We are a venture-backed startup operating under the depinhouse brand a leading online distributor and service provider in the DePIN ecosystem Our core business combines a dedicated online store with a comprehensive suite of services including marketing consulting development and storefront management As a holistic partner we support projects in the DePIN and Web3 space from the concept stage to final product distribution helping them bring their ideas to life and reach real customers With a strong focus on efficiency creativity and long-term collaboration we work alongside some of the most innovative decentralized infrastructure projects worldwide Our global team spanning Germany Peru and the United States shares one mission turning Web3 ideas into real-world adoption Your Role We re looking for a Sales Marketing Manager who can take ownership of both client acquisition and campaign execution within the crypto and DePIN sectors You ll play a key role in driving business development for our marketing services managing relationships with partners and helping shape how DePIN projects reach their audiences Your responsibilities include Identifying acquiring and managing new B2B clients in the Web3 and DePIN sectors Leading the development and optimization of sales processes Acting as the first point of contact for potential clients representing depinhouse confidently and professionally Strategically advise clients and help develop tailored projects to meet their needs Analyzing project requests preparing pitches and developing tailored proposals Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns for our partners and internal brands Creating and optimizing marketing campaigns internal and external Supporting our online shop development and optimization basic HTML CSS knowledge is a plus Managing customer communication across email Discord and community channels What You Bring A degree or equivalent experience in marketing communication or business 1-3 years of experience in marketing sales business development or agency environments Familiarity with Web3 crypto and ideally the DePIN ecosystem Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking to identify new business opportunities Excellent communication and presentation skills in English High degree of independence reliability and hands-on mentality What We Offer Dynamic Startup Culture Work in a fast-paced environment where your ideas drive real impact Remote Flexibility Enjoy 100 remote work and flexible hours that fit your lifestyle Collaborative Spirit Join a team that values creativity open feedback and genuine autonomy Entrepreneurial Freedom Take ownership of projects and turn your ideas into reality Ideal for those with an entrepreneurial mindset backed by the support of a strong team Compensation Package The base salary can be increased with a performance bonus
