Role Description This is a remote internship opportunity for a Web3 Community Growth Manager Intern. The intern will focus on growing and managing online communities around Web3 initiatives. Responsibilities include fostering community engagement, executing community growth strategies, analyzing community data, and collaborating with the marketing and project teams. The role also involves monitoring trends in the Web3 space and contributing to campaign development and execution initiatives. Qualifications - Strong Communication skills to build relationships and engage effectively with community members - Analytical Skills and proficiency in Analytics to understand community data and measure engagement - Sales and Project Management skills to support growth initiatives and oversee specific tasks within campaigns - A passion for technology, especially Web3 and blockchain, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry - Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Previous experience or knowledge of community management in Web3 or relevant industries is a plus - Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is preferred
